Easter with Grandma

Another wonderful Easter weekend with Grandma!  It started off with some pictures with the bunny at Little Beans.  Sabine made big progress this year.  Last year she wouldn't even get in the picture.  This year, due in large part to her siblings taunting her over the week before, she agreed to stand near the bunny.  Maybe next year she'll actually sit on his lap.

Lou thought Bunnymund (Rise of the Guardians reference) was A-OK.

I'm really glad I started this tradition last year.  We have a blast making chocolates.  Even if we all get a bit of a sugar rush by the end.

Tasty and delicious!

Grandma was a BIG help coloring eggs.  There was a lot of options in the kit we got.  You could paint the eggs, put glitter on them, draw on the eggs, put stickers on them etc.  It definitely needed a couple of adults to supervise and, as you can see in one of the pictures, Dad was passed out for this activity.

Sabine took her egg painting seriously! (Note Dad in background.  Egg coloring is not his favorite activity).

Final products!  (Lourdes dropped and cracked that egg two seconds after this picture was taken).

And finally it was Easter morning!  Time for the hunt.

The bunny really delivered the goods!

The little treats in the eggs are so exciting!

Cutest Belle and Jasmine ever!

I LOVE this costume!

Ready for church.  Those kids clean up nice!

And we rewarded ourselves for a successful Easter weekend with an amazing brunch at Bin 36.

Kids love Uncle Mo and Aunt Vanessa!

It was such a gorgeous day, we ended Easter with a trip to Chi Che Wang park.  Can't wait until Grandma comes back for next year's festivities!
