New Years with Grandma!

We rang in 2012 with a visit from Grandma.  It was so much fun!  We started our New Years Eve by taking Finn to see a production of Junie B. Jones: Jingle Bells Batman Smells.  It was pretty cute, except Junie B is a bit of a brat!  Then after the girls woke up from their nap, we took all the kids to a party at My Corner Playroom.  The kids got to run around and play for about an hour and then there was "champagne" and a balloon drop.  The kids loved it!  Then after the kids went to bed, Grandma, Joe and I rang in the New Year by watching episodes of The Closer and drinking prosecco.  New Years Day, Grandma and I left the kids with Dad and went to see The Descendants.  It was excellent!  Other than that, Grandma's visit was pretty low key.  We played with the kids during the day and every afternoon we all took a nice nap.  Oh, and as you can see below Grandma got to learn ALL about Scooby Doo.  Finn is obsessed!  All in all, it was a great visit and the kids are looking forward to spending more time with their Grandma in Indy this March.
