Labor Day with Grandma and Grandpa Kline

Over Labor Day weekend, Grandma and Grandpa Kline came to check out our new house and, most importantly, to see their little Mr. Finn. Saturday was great! We went to Gymboree in the morning and Finn had SO much fun. He cracked up during the songs and gasped with excitement when Mr. Joe, our instructor, brought out the bubbles. Then we came home and watched some football. Finn got to show off his new Notre Dame jersey. We're still working on his "Go Irish" and "touchdown!" That night we went to dinner with Finn's godfather, Jon. We always have a good time when he comes over because he has great stories. Sunday we went to the Shedd Aquarium. Though Finn loved watching the small fish swim by him, he freaked out when the dolphins jumped out of the water! So even though we had all waited an hour to see the dolphin show, we quickly exited after five minutes with Finn yelling "bye bye" the whole way. Grandma said goodbye to Finn by letting him slide down her legs. Needless to say, he can't WAIT for their next visit.
