Last Saturday, we went with our friends Lourdes, Jonathan, Mae and Ian to the Didier Farms Pumpkin Patch. This place is excellent. It has rides, a bounce house, a big slide, a petting zoo, a tractor ride, and various homemade fall snacks. Finn had a blast riding the rides and picking out pumpkins for himself, his parents, and his baby sisters. Sabine and Lourdes came along, but they spent the entire time sacked out in their stroller. Oh well, I bet by next year they will be tearing this place up. One thing that cracked me up was a sign that defined what a bale of hay was for the city kids. I will have to get Finn out to the Manning Farm soon so that he knows his roots.
